Beulah tasked Grenade with devising a comprehensive strategy, from name creation to brand identity and marketing collateral, for a select collection of just ten residences in South Yarra. The objective was to embody the essence of ultra-premium living, resonating profoundly with an astute, educated, and local audience. This partnership culminated in a brand narrative that incorporated the character of South Yarra, which authentically captivated potential buyers, fostering both a discerning eye for design and a deep emotional connection to the exceptional residences on offer.
Understanding the significance of the location, we named the development Fawkner House, complemented by a traditional-style emblem reminiscent of a prestigious club. Our approach, much like the residences designed by Rob Mills Architecture and Interiors, drew inspiration from the mathematical ‘golden ratio,’ resulting in a balanced and symmetrical representation of the project.
