PROJECT OVERVIEW

Beulah tasked Grenade with devising a comprehensive strategy, from name creation to brand identity and marketing collateral, for a select collection of just ten residences in South Yarra. The objective was to embody the essence of ultra-premium living, resonating profoundly with an astute, educated, and local audience. This partnership culminated in a brand narrative that incorporated the character of South Yarra, which authentically captivated potential buyers, fostering both a discerning eye for design and a deep emotional connection to the exceptional residences on offer.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT

Understanding the significance of the location, we named the development Fawkner House, complemented by a traditional-style emblem reminiscent of a prestigious club. Our approach, much like the residences designed by Rob Mills Architecture and Interiors, drew inspiration from the mathematical ‘golden ratio,’ resulting in a balanced and symmetrical representation of the project.

ART DIRECTION

In addition to showcasing the exceptional rarity of the offer, we aimed to present South Yarra in a fresh and captivating manner. To achieve this, we collaborated with photographer Vien Tran, providing specific direction to capture the area’s abundant and intricate details during the first light of the day. The resulting images became an integral part of a stunning hardback brochure that left a lasting impression on Beulah and the wider property marketing industry. The brochure was warmly embraced for its ability to beautifully encapsulate the essence of South Yarra, elevating the overall appeal of the project.
