PROJECT OVERVIEW
Given its heritage location within The Rocks overlooking the harbour towards the Opera House, this multi-residential offering from Golden Age required a brand that reflected its unrepeatable significance. Our name, The Harrington Collection, embraced the multiple offerings within this project: terrace homes, penthouses and apartments.
Grenade Studio has been engaged by Golden Age on many projects, with The Harrington Collection a standout example of strategic, creative and adaptive thinking coming together. The campaigns for all residential types evoked this offer’s rarity and connected instantly with the target markets.
ART DIRECTION
To ensure that each residential type had its own distinct character, we developed unique identities by drawing inspiration from the iconic tile patterns of the Opera House. In collaboration with the renowned photographer, Ross Honeyset, we captured timeless moments around The Rocks through his lens, resulting in a captivating series titled ‘A Collection of Moments.’
The main brochure, presented in a large format, prominently featured Ross’s evocative images, while also housing a smaller inset product brochure. Taking cues from the renowned sandstone texture that defines The Rocks, we carefully selected a tactile material for the brochures dust jacket, mirroring the sandstone’s colour and texture. The resulting marketing collateral stands as a striking representation of an iconic Australian landmark, combining design, photography, and texture to create a compelling narrative.
